Cookie Policy

🍪What we use

Essential (always on): keeps you signed in, keeps your session secure, and remembers choices such as hidden pop-ups, your preferred view and your cookie choice. LIMA cannot work without these.

Analytics (only if you allow it): anonymous counts of which pages and features are used, so we can improve LIMA. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data.

🗂️Examples

• Sign-in session for staff and students (until you sign out or it expires)
• Your cookie choice (12 months)
• "Don't show again" for pop-ups and banners (up to 30 days)
• Chat display preferences (until you clear your browser)

⚙️Your choices

You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings, or clear cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in from working.
